B) Step by step guidelines for employees requesting profile updates
1) Login to EasyWork website.
2) Go to My Profile: Click on your avatar at the upper right corner > Click "Profile".
3) Make sure you are on the tab "Personal" > Click "Edit Profile".
4) Update the details and click "Save" to submit the request for updating profile to HR.
5) HR will receive a push notification and email that you are requesting to update your details. The changes will be visible on your profile when HR approves your updates.
C) How to check the status of the Update Profile requests?
1) On EasyWork website, go to My Profile: Click on your avatar at the upper right corner > Click "Profile".
2) Switch to the tab "Personal Request". It will show a list of Update Profile requests submitted by you and their status.
3) To view its details, click "View" button.
D) How to cancel my Update Profile request?
1) On EasyWork website, go to My Profile: Click on your avatar at the upper right corner > Click "Profile".
2) Switch to the tab "Personal Request".
3) There is a "Cancel" button beside the request if HR hasn't approved or rejected it > Click "Cancel" button.
4) Enter comment(if any) > Confirm to cancel.
5) The request has been canceled. The status shall be updated to Cancelled.
