Does our system include double leave application verification?

Yes! Our system will check did the employees submitted another leave application for the same period. An alert message shall be prompted to notify them.

What if I apply for Annual Leave and now I want to apply for Emergency Leave for the same period, will your system do a similar checking?

Absolutely. Our verification process is date-centric, not leave-type specific. As soon as we identify a prior leave application on the chosen date, an alert will be promptly triggered. 

Below are some examples to showcase when the alert will be triggered:
