Employee With Account Join Company Process - Mobile App

In this tutorial we will be going guiding you on how can employee with an account join their company in EasyWork Mobile App.
There are three different types of methods to apply depending on the scenario. The first one will be Joining via Company Invitation Email, Joining via Invitation Link shared by admin and Entering Company's Invite URL manually.

Join Company via Invitation Email
Employee will receive an email if admin invited them by manually enter their email. The email will be send out from us with the subject of "You’re invited to join your company name on EasyWork!"
Click on the "Join Company" Button to log in and join your company!
Join Company via Invitation Link shared from admin
If you receive an invitation link shared from your admin which resembles the following :
"You are invited to join EasyWork! Please follow the link below to join company : https://hub.easywork.asia/auth/join/link?invite_code=49929ab92888", just click on the link.
Once you do, you will be redirected to your app with the interface where you can fill in required information to send a request to join your company.
After clicking "Join Company" Button you will need to verify your email to successfully send a request to join the company.
You may notify your admin that you had sent a request to join the company. You will need them to process (approve or reject) your request before proceeding to the next step. Rest assured, you will receive an email from us to notify you that your request had been Approved or Rejected.
If you received the email, click on "Log in to EasyWork" Button to continue your journey with your company in EasyWork!
Finish the process by setting up your password that matches the requirements and you will be good to go!
Entering Company's Invite URL manually
If you are logged in to your account in EasyWork and want to join your company in EasyWork and you previously do not have any other company joined in EasyWork, you should see an interface that look like this.
Simply click on the "Join as Employee" Button to Proceed. You may jump to step 3 to continue the guide.
If you already have a company joined in EasyWork and willing to join another one, Navigate to Company (Bottom Navigation Bar) > Click on the "Add Company" text from the top right corner of the screen to navigate to "Join Company" screen and click on
"Join as Employee" Button.
Request from your admin if you do not have the link which resembles the format of "ew.easywork.asia/invitation/vialink/49929ab92888". Paste the URL in the "Company URL" field and provide remarks to your admin if you think it is necessary. Your first name and last name will be automatically filled in the fields with the data you provided to EasyWork previously. You are free to rename or change the data if needed.
* Change of First Name and Last Name from the field would not affect current data.
You may notify your admin that you had sent the request to join the company in EasyWork. An email will be send out to you if they had process (approved or rejected) your request.
Voila, You are now good to go! Welcome to join us in EasyWork!
