Step 1: Update company bank account

Step 4: Upload bank file and statutory payment to RHB Bank


Step 1: Update company bank account


i) Go to Settings > Payroll > Company Payroll Information > Bank Account Information

ii) Select RHB Bank Berhad

iii) Fill in the required details: Account Holder's Name and Account Number

iv) Click Save to update the details.


Step 2: Update employee bank details


i) Go to Employee Management > Select employee > Payroll > Salary Payment Method

ii) Select "Bank Transfer" under Preferred Payment Method.

iii) Select Bank, enter Account Holder's Name and Account Number

iv) Click Save to update the details.



Step 3: Set crediting date & Download Payroll Files

i) In step 3 of Run Payroll: Cycle Summary, choose the Crediting Date.


Crediting date is the date when payments should be deducted from your company bank account. It cannot be a past date.


ii) Click "Download Pay and Statutory Files" to download the payroll file.


Step 4: Upload bank file and statutory payment to RHB Bank

i) Go to RHB Reflex Account to upload the bank file and statutory files.

ii) For payroll payment, the bank file format for RHB is Smart Payroll. You may follow this guideline for file uploading: Payroll Bulk Upload

iii) For statutory payment, use  Statutory Payment > EPF/SOCSO/LHDN to upload
