There is a condition where the employee get promoted or the employee pass the probation and hence get the increment of salary. You might want to change the employee's basic salary accordingly. Here is the guideline:
1) Employee Management > Click on the employee > Employee Profile > Payroll > Payroll Details
2) Enter the salary amount.
3) Click Save.
