1) Company-wise setting
To set up the HRDF contribution for the company, please go to Settings > Payroll > Scroll down to Statutory Information> HRDF Contribution > If obligated to pay, select either 0.5% or 1.0% otherwise, set it to "None"
0.5%: With 5-9 Malaysian employees
1.0%: With 10 or more Malaysian employees
None: No obligation to contribute
2) Employee-wise setting
Your company may have employees from different countries other than Malaysia. You only have to pay for Malaysian employees.
To enable the HRDF levy for the employee, please go to Employee Management > Employee Profile > Switch to the tab "Payroll" > Details > Enable/Disable HRDF
