Option 1: Update per employee


1) The EPF contribution adjustment for the employee and employer can be done at the Employee Management > Click on the employee > Employee Profile > Payroll > Payroll Details > Scroll down to Statutory Requirements


2) 

i) To enter the additional rate of employee, go to the field Employee EPF Rate > Additional Rate

ii) To enter the additional rate of the current employer, go to the field Employer EPF Rate > Additional Rate


3) Click save to update the details.



Option 2: Bulk Update


The admin can also do a bulk update from the employee information bulk upload file.


1) On Employee Management page, click Bulk Upload > Select "User info + payroll detail > Click Download Template 


2) Update template. 

i) To update the additional rate of an employee, please go to column additional_employee_epf_rate and enter the rate(without %)(for instance 2)


ii) To update the additional rate of the current employer, go to column additional_employer_epf_rate and enter the rate(without %)(for instance 2) 



3) Save and select the file then click Upload.
