Add Asset


1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Search for "Asset Management".


2) To add an asset, click "Add" button.


3) Fill in the details.

  • Name: Asset name
  • Status: Current status of the asset. The default status is "Available".
  • Asset ID: You can enter your ID or leave it empty for auto generation.
  • Asset Category: The category is based on what you have set in Asset Management Settings
  • Brand
  • Purchase Date
  • Owner: The person you/employee shall contact in case the asset is broken/missing.
  • Specification: Asset specification. It depends on which asset category that you selected.


4) After done, click "Add" to create the asset.




Update Asset


1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Search for "Asset Management".


2) Click on the pencil icon to edit an asset.


3) Update the details.


4) Remember to click on the "Edit" button to apply the changes.




Delete Asset


1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Search for "Asset Management".


2) To delete the category, click on the dustbin icon.


3) Confirm to delete. The asset has been removed successfully.

The deleted asset wouldn't appear in Employee Profile.
