Do we support csv report for custom form? Yes,we do support it. You can go to EasyWork Hub's reporting page to generate the csv report. The naming of form report is according to the form name.
1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Navigating to sidebar menu and click "Reporting".
2) Filter the date range then click "Generate Report". The report was generated. You can find it at History tab. Click on the csv report to download it.
