1) Launch to EasyWork Hub --> Navigating to sidebar menu and search for "Settings" --> Click "Settings" and select sub-menu "Custom Form"
2) To edit, click the "Pencil" icon.
3) Edit the form and remember to click "Submit" to apply the changes.
4) You can open the EasyWork app to check whether the update has been applied. The update should be applied on the app.
