i) From the Billing details on the EasyWork hub, you can get the trial details included the datetime of "Trial end".
ii) From the bottom of the hub menu and app, a countdown timer of the trial would appear to notify you of the remaining period of trial.
iii) Admin would receive an email 5 days before the trial ended to notify your subscription would auto-renew itself once the trial ends.
