Q&A 1: What is the difference between individual goal's and group goal's Quest?

Individual: If you set 1000 in Individual means each person needs to contribute 100 to accomplish the target.  Once the mission accomplished, that person would get rewarded.

Group: If you set 1000 in Group to target, everyone inside the group shall contribute some to achieve 1000. And everyone would get rewarded once achieve the target.

Flow 1: Create Quest & Set Participant Type as "Group"

# If the reward type is "EasyReward", 

  • the creator's "Point to Give" would be escrowed to the company.
  • the "Point to Give" is insufficient, the quest wouldn't allow creating.

Flow 2: Update Quest by the Participants or Quest Owner

By Participant:

-Participant can only update his quest progress

-For the progress request submitted by the participant, it needs approval from the quest owner.

-After the owner approved it, the real progress number would reflect accordingly.

By Quest Owner:

-Quest owner can update ALL participants' progress.

-No approval needed.

-After updating the participant's progress, the real progress number would reflect accordingly.

Q&A 2: Isn't it possible to update the ongoing or upcoming Quest details?

# You may update the Target Objective(target title, description, logo, type, quantity, unit), Time Frame and add/remove participant(s).

# You cannot update the reward type(for example, change from custom to EasyReward) and participant type(eg change from Individual to Group).

# When you add/remove participant(s), the point would be escrowed/refunded accordingly.

Q&A 3: Isn't it possible for either the participant to submit an update progress request or owner to update participant progress when his mission was finalized to Accomplished/Failed?

# No. Either the participant or owner is disallowed to update the progress. 

# However, you still can view the participant history timeline.

Q&A 4: After finalizing the Quest status, isn't it possible to re-update it?

# You are not allowed to do so. Please think twice before marked it accomplished or failed.

Q&A 5: Even though the group quest doesn't hit the target, am I allowed to mark it as "Accomplished"?

# Yes, you can mark it as "Accomplished" to appreciate the group hard work or motivate them to work hard next time. And all the participants would get rewarded.
