When will the leave policy reset be applied to employees depends on the type of leave, prorated leave and non prorated leave. Below are comparisons between the prorated leave and the non prorated leave.
Prorated leave
When a prorated leave policy has been reset, the new changes made to the leave such as annual quota and leave boosts will be reflected in next month's leave allocation. That means the new leave balance will be allocated in the next month.
Non prorated leave
When a non prorated leave policy has been reset, the changes made to the non prorated leave will be reflected immediately and the leave balance will be reset.
