When will the yearly reset run?
The yearly reset transaction would be run at 11:45p.m., 31st of December according to the company’s country local time. When the yearly reset transaction occurs, the previous year’s leave balance will be voided and the new year’s leave balance will be given. For example, if a previous year’s leave balance was 3 days and the quota for this leave is 12 days, the 3 days of leave balance will be voided and the employees will get the 12 days of leave as this year’s leave balance.
