Before using EasyWork’s Resource Booking Features, it is important for admin to setup available Resources and Location

Add Resource

Step 1: Navigate to Resource Booking Settings

  • Launch EasyWork App > Home Screen > Company icon(bottom menu) > Resource Booking under "Settings"

Step 2: Select a Location

  • On the top of the screen, select a Location that you want

  • And click the ‘+’ icon (top right), to create Resources

If your company has not set up the Location settings, please do so to ease the process.

Location is needed as different office locations will have different resources. For example, HQ Location A has a Blue Meeting Room, Location B has SmartBoard. This will also be easier for you to filter the bookings later.

Step 3: Adding Resources

- Fill in the details, click ‘ADD’ and you’re good to go.
