- HOW DO I ADD MY EMPLOYEES OR TEAM MEMBERS?
- Launch the app > tap on your sidebar (on the top left) > tap on “Company” > tap on “Employees” >. Add employees or team members by tapping on the “+” sign at the top right. View this guide for a visual guide.
- HOW DO I SUBMIT FORM APPLICATIONS?
- “Approval” consists of forms that are related to your day-to-day operation.“Job” consists of forms that are related to hiring or manpower transfer. “Feedback” consists of forms that are related to providing feedback to your employer.
Tap on any form that you wish to submit > fill in the details > select your “Approver” and “CC” to notify others (if any) > tap on submit. Your “Approver” will be notified and your application is now pending for their action. View visual guide here.
- HOW DO I APPROVE APPLICATION OR REQUEST TO JOIN A COMPANY?
- Tap on the “Notification” icon on the top right corner of your screen. Tap on any pending request and the app will bring you to the appropriate location.
- IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ADMIN?
- Yes. It is located at “User Access Group”. Launch the app > tap on your sidebar (on the top left) > tap on “Company” > tap on “User Access Group” > the option to create new group or edit the existing ones is located here. View this guide for a visual guide.
- HOW DOES THE REWARD FEATURE WORK?
- Rewards Feature on EasyWork allows you to reward your employees/team members with points as a recognition. Value of the each point is self determined by your company. Rewards feature allows you to allocate recurring points to your employees/team members to reward their peers. Click on this guide to learn how to Set, Give and Spend reward points.
- WHERE ARE THE MERCHANTS IN REWARDS?
- For now, you are your own merchants. You may upload items to your catalog for employees/team members to redeem when they have sufficient points. Click on this guide to learn how to setup your internal company catalog. External Merchants will be available soon, stay tuned!
- CREATING POLLS: ARE MY POOLS VISIBLE TO EVERYONE?
- The polls you create are only visible to the people who are in your company profile. Here is a guide on how to create your polls.
- DOES ATTENDANCE TRACK MY LOCATION?
- Yes, your location will be captured one you performed the action of Clock In and Clock Out. You and admins with granted access can view the attendance report which will also reveal your clock in and out location.
- HOW DOES MILEAGE TRACKING WORK?
- Mileage tracking helps you to take the record on every of your trip in order for you to do mileage claim from your company. Every detail will be recorded once you press START DRIVING. - HOW CAN I MAKE AN EASYWORK OFFICE ANNOUNCEMENT WITH JUST 3 SIMPLE STEPS

- HOW CAN I EXPORT COMPANY REPORTS?

- HOW DO I ADD DEPARTMENTS OR SELECT HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS (HOD)?
- Through Easywork, you can add all your employees in the company you created, then add all the departments and also select the head of department (HOD).Here you have the link of step by step guideline on “How to Add Departments”
- CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL USERS TO MY PAID PLANS?
- Yes, you can add additional users to your Small Business or Enterprise plans anytime. An invoice will be issued immediately for payment for the additional added and the total number of users will also be reflected.
- WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DOWNGRADE OR CANCEL MY PREMIUM PLANS?
- Once you have decide to downgrade to a lower plan, you will still be able to enjoy the remaining time of your billing cycle. The downgrade changes will only apply upon the end of your previous billing cycle term.
-For cancellation we assume that you are downgrading to our Free Plan, in order to do so kindly make sure that your company has only 100 or less employees or else you will not be able to downgrade/cancel your plan to the Free Version.
- WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE AUTO RENEWED?
- Yes, all subscription will be auto renewed once the billing term is up.
- WHO CAN MANAGE THE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?
- By default only Superadmins can modify and make changes to the subscriptions plans. But with granted access, the employee whom which you granted permission will be able to make changes to the subscription plan.
