Method 1: On All Apps page

1)  Under "License Management" menu click "All Apps".

2) Select the app to assign, then click Assign to Employee.

3) Select the employee and click "OK" to apply the update.

Method 2: On Employee Management page

1) Under "HR" menu click "Employee".

2) Select the employees > Click Assign Apps button.

3) Select app and click OK to apply changes.

After Assigning App to Employee

1) An assigned app will be shown on the sidebar menu: Apps.

2) The employee can click inside "Apps" and you will find out all the apps assigned to you.

3) Click on the app. It will redirect you to the app domain URL. You shall start to use the app.
