When reading through the guides, you see the words "Downgrade" and "Upgrade". What exactly does it mean?

Upgrade

Purchasing a plan that is better, allowing more employees, allowing more features, from Free to Standard Plan or Pro Plan, and from Standard Plan to Pro Plan!

Downgrade

Your plan is more limited in features, lower max capacity of users allowed, from Pro Plan to Standard Plan, or from Standard/Pro Plan reverted to Free Plan.
