Organization Chart



Launch Easywork, swipe down and tap on “Organization Chart” on the bottom row


Organization chart of the company will be shown and a list of employees with their names and titles will be shown. 



Showing subordinates in Organization Chart



 


When an employee has subordinates, an arrow indicator and a counter will be shown on the right. The counter indicates how many subordinates an employee has. 


To show the subordinates of a user, click on the arrow at the right side of the user. The list of subordinates will expand and display under the user that has the subordinates. The name and title of the subordinates will be shown and further subordinates can be shown by also tapping on the arrow of the subordinate.  



Searching on Organization Chart


 


Tap on the search bar on the organization chart. The keyboard will be shown and you can start searching on the organization chart.


Search using the employee’s name and the results of the employee’s name and title will be displayed.  



Updating reporting hierarchy


You can also add yourself to the reporting hierarchy and let the company organization chart reflect upon this change. After adding to the reporting hierarchy, you can be searched inside the organization chart.


Here are the steps to update the reporting hierarchy:




  1. Tap the menu icon on the top left corner of the home page. 

  2. Tap the settings on the side menu. 

  3. Go to My Account section and tap on your username. 

  4. Scroll down to the bottom and you should find the “Reporting Hierarchy” option.  



Editing title of reporting hierarchy


Inside the “Reporting Hierarchy” option, there are 3 items that can be edited which are Title, Supervisor and Subordinate. To edit the title, tap on the edit icon on the right and start typing the title. Once finished, tap on the green tick to save your changes and tap on the red X to cancel your changes.




Editing supervisors for reporting hierarchy


To edit your supervisors, tap on the edit icon on the right of the “Supervisor” column. You can type your supervisor’s name or filter by group, branch or department to find your supervisors. Once all the supervisors are selected, tap on the Done button on the top right corner to save the changes. The steps to edit subordinates are also similar to the steps to edit supervisors. To edit subordinates, tap on the edit icon on the right of the “Subordinate” column.
