Difference between prorated leave and non-prorated leave
Prorated leave
Prorated leave is the leave that will be given by monthly until it reaches the quota by the end of the year. For example, if the quota is 12 days, then 1 day of leave will be given to the employee monthly and it will be accumulated to 12 days at the end of the year.
Non-prorated leave
Non-prorated leave is the leave that will be given the full quota right away to the employee. For example, if the quota is 12 days, the employee now has 12 days of leave immediately to use.
Guideline to set it
The type of leave can be set in the options when creating a new leave or editing a leave.
The green tick can be toggled to indicate if the leave is prorated or not.
