Admin can manage the access group through both the EasyWork app & hub. We would go through each platform one by one.
(i) Manage User Access Group Via Hub
On hub, you can update both the access group privileges and members in one screen. It is much more convenient than on the app side.
Launch to EasyWork Hub > Sidebar menu, find Settings > Click "User Access Groups" option
Create Access Group
1) To create a user access group, click "Create New Group".
2) Enter name, privileges, and also members.
3) Save it.
Update Access Group
1) Click on the pencil icon of the selected access group.
2) You shall update the name, privileges, and also members.
3) Save it to implement the changes.
Delete Access Group
1) Tap on the dustbin icon of the selected access group.
2) Confirm to remove it.
Manage User Access Group Via App
Create User Access Group
1) Home Screen > Tap on "Company" icon on the bottom navigation menu
2) Tap on the "User Access Group" option.
3) It will launch on the User Access Group screen. Tap on "+" icon to add a group.
4) Enter name and save. A new user access group is created successfully.
Update Members of User Access Group
1) On the User Access Group screen, tap on the people icon.
2) Then, tap on the pencil icon on the Members screen.
3) Select/remove members > Tap "Done" to implement the update.
Update Privileges of User Access Group
1) On the User Access Group screen, tap on the key icon.
2) Then, tap on the pencil icon on the Privileges screen.
3) Edit the privileges > Tap "Done" to implement the update.
Update Name of User Access Group
1) On the User Access Group screen, tap on the wheel icon on the top of the screen.
2) To edit name, tap on the pencil icon.
3) Enter a new name.
4) Tap Update Group to save the changes.
Delete User Access Group
1) On the User Access Group screen, tap on the wheel icon on the top of the screen.
2) Tap on the dustbin icon and Confirm to remove it.
